GUAGO GUARANTEE doesn’t cover ordinary wear & tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents. Remember that even quality items have a practical lifespan. Eventually items will wear out.

If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, we’ll assist with correcting.
